What is included in the holiday party package?
You get exclusive private access to the entire museum for two hours, a designated party area for you and your guests, unlimited ice cream, and dedicated party hosts. You can also add-on options for bar service and other sweet treats.
How many guests can I host for the holiday party?
We require a minimum of 40 guests.
What dates and times are available for private evening events?
You can book our holiday package on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 7:00pm and Fridays at 8:00pm.
Is the open bar customizable, and can we include mocktails or specialty drinks?
Yes! We would love to work with you to bring your dream event to life.
Can we bring in our own food or catering?
We provide unlimited access to treats throughout our museum. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we are unable to allow outside food at this time.
Do you offer any add-ons, such as themed décor, entertainment, or custom desserts?
We would be happy to work with you and our approved vendors to bring your dream event to life.
How far in advance should I book to secure my preferred date?
Events must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
Is the experience fully private, or will other guests be in the museum during our event?
The experience will be fully private for your group.
Are there any age restrictions for guests attending Sweet Escape?
Museum of Ice Cream is an inclusive experience for all ages! Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.
